Not all teens on the street are runaways. Some are throw-aways. "...teenage readers will appreciate a novel that speaks to them as adults and not mindless readers."

In the series, The Circle of Friends: Book 2 Sarah, Sarah Martin attends Georgia Tech. College, where she is studying to become a microbiologist to follow in her familys footsteps. Her roommate Heather is constantly moody, and her best friend Lori is getting married to a guy named Jason. Sarah finds Jasons best friend, Matt Gardner, much like herself in that they share common interests. When they start dating, people question their relationship, due to the fact that Matt is a future NFL receiver and Sarah a closed off person. Faced with challenges, they must help each other come to terms with the past, and face a new future.

Overall, I thought that is was a very good book. There was mild cussing. And there was also some content that was unneeded. But the plot was distinct, and the dialogue addicting. I would give it 9 stars, the subtractions being the cussing and content.

Because of the content based on the content and cussing.
